  Food is typically great. Though my plate was smeared with old harden food and was given to me dirty. My water glasses were dirty as well. At the end of our meal we never received anything to clean our hands with. Another lady at a table near mine was also given a coffee cup with coffee running down the side. I work in a restaurant business and we will replace the cup with a fresh one. The service was overall terrible.

  Terrible customer service. They are constantly late with orders. They have been late more than 3 times and not once have they ever offered the meal for free. The last one took 1.5 hours. Fries are terrible. We have been Swiss Chalet customers for 20 years and moved to Georgetown and have never seen such low standards for Swiss Chalet.

  I placed a mobile order for this location unfortunately you have to stand in line with everybody that’s ordering from Harvey’s or Swiss Chalet in order to pick up your order.

  Really poor set up if you ask me, and they’re so busy behind the counter they have no clue what’s going on. Also I was a half hour earlier than my pick up time & my food was already bagged & ready. Does that mean my food would’ve been sitting there for another half an hour if I hadn’t shown up then? I love Swiss Chalet but Honestly I will go to another location next time I need to take it to go.

  Great service. Quick, hot, fresh and delicious. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Very nice dining experience with a friend and all of our kids.

  Service was mediocre at best. Food not great- diappointed in their creamy rosé sauce, as it's made with buffalo sauce which is a super weird combo

  This dining staff has always been fantastical this location if your dining in but I find the people behind the counter especially the manager or assistant manager lady really rude and abrupt.
