  Went for a family dinner. Everyone enjoyed the food and service. They were able to accommodate me with the Mac and cheese as I don't eat meat. They made it without the pork for me.

  Went to Kelseys at 430 on a Sunday. The menu has changed. The nachos have the bare minimum on them but with chili 22 dollars. Pretty expensive for nachos. Waited to be served. After 15 mins decided to leave and go somewhere else. Probably won't be returning.

  STAY AWAY! I go to Kelsey's weekly...but the two times to the Georgetown location have been terrible. In fact the service was so bad the first time, they gave me a gift card to return...only to be treated poorly once again. It should not be permitted to use the Kelsey name. I tried to complain but neither the manager nor district manager could be bothered. Probably too many complaints to keep up with.

  ate here about a month ago. table was "cleaned" but was still sticky. asked to have a tv switched over to a sports event - was told sure and had two follow-ups with the waitress but it was never changed. what happened to the menu? most of our favourites are missing!

  Update: since my poor experiences they are working on improving their relations. I would now give them a passing grade

  Minimum wage goes up. Customer service becomes non existent. decided to sit in the bar section and literally the bartender disappeared for 20 minutes. It took forever to even give her our order. She asked for our drink order before we even had a chance to sit down then didn't come back for 10 minutes. Food was mediocre. Will probably not come back. Pretty sad for a Not so busy Monday.
