  Guess what- Its Friday- NO RING in sight. Now can't have it back until Tuesday....I am so disappointed as i was looking forward to showing my beautiful ring to some family and friends who had not been able to see it yet.

  The ring had to be sized which was difficult to let it go since we just got engaged. We paid an extra $ 40.00 to have it back within 5 business days as we were told it could take up to 3 weeks,

  Took the ring back to have a 2nd resizing and was guarenteed that i would have the ring back by the following friday (this was sunday). I specifically told them i did not want to leave the ring with them if they could not guarantee i would have it back by Friday. They called head office and spoke to the person who would repair the ring and they said yes this could be done.
